Physician of the Year Nominations

The LSMS annually seeks nominations for our community-awarded

"Physician of the Year Award”.

 

This award is given to a member physician of the Lake Superior Medical Society who “consistently demonstrates qualities that patients and physicians recognize as defining excellence in medical care delivery”.

 

Interested parties are encouraged to write a letter nominating a physician who practices in Southern St. Louis, Carlton, Lake, and Cook Counties- along with neighboring Superior, Wisconsin clinics.  Briefly describe why you feel this physician should be given the award.  Physicians nominated for the honor will be further considered by a panel of physician members of the Lake Superior Medical Society.  The next award will be presented in December 2012.
